Just came across what looks to be an incredible device . It's from AlwaysInnovating, and here's the video from Demo 09 . It is completely open source, OS and applications software and schematics of the board, runs Linux (Angstrom distro), has a very low power ARM OMAP3 processor, WiFi, Bluetooth, a 3D accelerometer, claims 10-15 hours of battery life, a touchscreen, and a detachable keyboard. So it is both a tablet and a netbook. All for US$399.
Good find Geoff!
