I blogged in May about the advantages of using my Nikon P6000 with a built-in GPS in Venice and at the Ottawa tulip festival. Last night I went to the Larimer Square Street-painting Festival here in Denver. This takes place in an L-shaped part of downtown Denver. A couple of blocks of street are blocked off to traffic. There are two rows of street paintings, one in each of the two lanes of the streets.
You can see a map with some of the pictures I took here. I was quite impressed with the geospatial resolution. On the map you are able to distinquish which side (lane) of the street the street painting was on (I held the camera right over the painting when I took each picture.)
