I've attached an interesting graph that shows that China has passed the US in emissions, no mean feat, but China has 1.3 billion people contributing compared to the US's 300 million.
UK PM Gordon Brown and French President Nicolas Sarkozy have proposed a $10bn fund to help developing nations deal with climate change.
1) China is still four times more efficient than the US. Well done.
2) Nicolas Brown and Gordon Sarkozy fail to name the proposed initiative for what it is: Covered up subventions for the French, UK (German, US, and so on) industry.
3) Not only the developing nations will need to deal with climate change. The whole world is affected.
4) "Global" means "no borders". The border of the climate is the ozone layer.
