The Government of Canada's fourth quarterly report on the implementation of Canada's Economic Action Plan, which earmarked about $12 billion for infrastructure spending including $4 billion to restore aging infrastructure, reports that 97 per cent of the stimulus funds has been committed to more than 12,000 infrastructure and housing projects, of which 8,000 or over 65% have already begun.
