FOSS4G 2010 (Free and Open Source Software for Geospatial) this year is in
Barcelona, September 6 - 9. FOSS4G is the premier international conference for the open source geospatial community, providing a full-immersion experience in established and leading edge geospatial technologies for developers, users, and people new to open source geospatial.
The organizers have just announced a call for abstracts. Presentations are 25 minute talks with 5 minute question and answer sessions at the end. Presentations cover the use or development of open source geospatial software. Anyone can can submit a presentation proposal to participate in the conference as a presenter.
Hi! This conference is paid for presenters in the same way as for everybody else? I can find only information that everybody has to register, but what about payment?

I think that unless you are giving a workshop, presenters pay the same as everyone else.
