McGraw-Hill Construction has just released a new report, Green BIM: How Building Information Modeling is Contributing to Green Design and Construction, that forecasts that the growth of the green building market will accelerate adoption of Building Information Modeling (BIM). The convergence of BIM and sustainable design, which McGraw-Hill refers to as "Green BIM", is just getting started, but a sharp increase in Green BIM is expected in the near future. According to the report, "78% of the survey respondents who aren't currently using BIM on green building projects expect to do so within just three years."
Thanks for the link. The convergence of BIM & Sustainability is sure to grow stronger and more robust.
