TEPCO has announced that the 4th reactor at the Daini plant was safely brought to a cold stop at around 7:00 AM on Tuesday. It says the reactor's temperature dropped below 100 degrees Celsius after its cooling function was restored. The cooling systems (ECCS) of Reactors 1,2,4 were damaged by the tsunami. Reactors 1,2,3 had been reported cold stopped earlier.
