JAIF is reporting 15 microSv/hr (micro Sieverts per hour) at the Fukushima Daiichi NPS border.
To give you some idea of what that means, the US Center for Disease Control has published the radiation dose you would expect with some fairly common activities. For example, a year's exposure to ambient background radiation in most places in the world gives you a dosage of about 3 mSv (milliSieverts). With exposure to 15 microSv/hr, it would take 200 hours to get the same dosage.
